    Ninh Binh province steps up digital transformation in culture and heritage sector

    Following the merger, Ninh Binh province has approximately 5,000 inventoried historical sites, including 10 special national historical sites and 42 national intangible cultural heritage elements. The province has identified digital transformation in the culture and heritage sector as an inevitable direction. Digitisation not only serves the exploitation, management, and preservation of historical sites but also helps to spread cultural heritage values more widely to the younger generation.

    Spring Homeland Program 2026 to connect with Ninh Binh province for the first time

    Ninh Binh province steps up efforts to prevent IUU fishing

    Ninh Binh province’s authorities are implementing comprehensive measures to combat illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing, focusing on strict handling of vessels, those without proper registration, licenses, inspection cerificates or monitoring equipment while updating the provincial fishing vessel database into the national VNFishbase system.
