In recent years, Ninh Binh’s aquaculture sector has undergone significant transformation, with clam farming emerging as one of the province’s most effective economic models.
The Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to implement the Government’s Resolution No. 30/NQ-CP on the development of Vietnamese culture.
